The General Conditions mentioned herein (hereafter the General Conditions) govern the rules of access and use of the website www.natuindustries.com.cn (hereafter the Website) that Natu Global Partners, S.L.U. (hereafter NATU) provides to users.
The use of the Website implies full acceptance by the user of all the General Conditions in force at the time the user accesses the Website. If the user does not agree with any of these conditions, they should refrain from using this Website.
NATU reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the current General Conditions, as well as its configuration, location, and any other general or specific term, usage regulations, instructions, or notices that may apply. In addition, NATU reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or stop operating the Website at any time.
1 – PROVIDED SERVICES.
NATU offers the following services through its website:
- Information about NATU, its brands and products, description of the centers, and characteristics thereof.
- Attending to information requests, questions, or comments that users may have about our products.
- Collection of information about open personnel selection processes and registration of candidate data.
NATU reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expand, without prior notice, the services provided.
2 – USERS
The use of the Website, and any of its services, attributes the condition of the user and the total acceptance of all the present general conditions, as well as any other specific condition that may govern the use of the Website or the services associated with it.
If the user decides not to accept, in whole or in part, these conditions, they must refrain from accessing the website and using its contents or services.
The user confirms they are over eighteen years old and accepts that the access and use of the Website and/or the Contents included in it for specific or particular purposes are carried out voluntarily and under their exclusive responsibility.
3 – USER OBLIGATIONS.
By accessing the website or any of its associated services, the user commits to use them diligently and correctly, in accordance with these conditions and in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, assuming, among others, the following obligations:

- To be responsible for any damage that NATU, its affiliates, their employees, directors and/or owners may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of the breach of any of the obligations arising from these general conditions or the law in relation to the use of the website.
These obligations are indicated in an indicative and non-limiting manner, and in no case exempt the user from complying with any other obligation not expressly mentioned.
4 – INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.
All the contents of the website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the “Contents”), are intellectual property of NATU or third parties, without it being understood that any of the exploitation rights recognized by current regulations on intellectual property on them are assigned to the User.
The brands, trade names, or distinctive signs are owned by NATU or third parties, and it is not understood that access to the website confers any rights over the mentioned brands, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
5 – EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY.
NATU does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the website or those other websites with which a Link has been established. Likewise, NATU will not be responsible in any case for any damage that may result from: (i) the lack of availability or accessibility to the website or to those other sites with which a Link has been established; (ii) the interruption in the operation of the website or computer failures, telephone breakdowns, disconnections, delays or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads on the telephone lines, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems produced in the course of its operation; (iii) the lack of suitability of the website for the specific needs of the Users and; (iv) other damages that may be caused by third parties through unauthorized intrusions beyond the control of NATU.
NATU does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements on the website introduced by third parties unrelated to NATU that may produce alterations in the physical or logical systems of the Users or in the electronic documents and files stored in their systems. Consequently, NATU will not be responsible in any case for any damage of any nature that could result from the presence of viruses or other elements that can produce alterations in the physical or logical systems, electronic documents or files of the Users.
NATU adopts various protection measures to protect the website, the collected data and the Contents against third-party computer attacks. However, NATU does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties cannot access the type of use of the website made by the User or the conditions, characteristics, and circumstances under which such use is made. Consequently, NATU will not be responsible in any case for the damages that could result from such unauthorized access.
6 – LINKS.
The User and, in general, any natural or legal person who proposes to establish a link from their page or website to NATU’s website, must obtain prior written authorization from NATU. The establishment of the link does not imply in any case the existence of relations between NATU and the owner of the site or the web page on which the link is established, nor the acceptance or approval by NATU of its contents or services.
In any case, NATU reserves the right to prohibit or disable at any time any link to the website, especially in the cases of illegality of the activity or contents of the website in which the link is included.

8 – GENERAL
If any clause included in these General Conditions were declared totally or partially void or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, the General Conditions remaining in everything else, such provision being considered totally or partially not included.
9 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish laws. NATU and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the services object of these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city where NATU is headquartered, provided that the applicable law does not expressly impose another jurisdiction.
